Job Description

As our Welder Fabricator, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality, safe, and visually precise construction projects by demonstrating strong metal fabrication skills, attention to detail, and effective coordination with project teams.

You will perform a variety of welding and fabrication tasks supporting both  structural and decorative scopes of work, including layout, cutting, fitting, welding, and assembly of metal components. Upon completion of fabrication, you will travel to active construction sites to install fabricated assemblies, working closely with field teams to ensure proper fit and finish. You will help ensure that all work meets project plans, specifications, and quality standards while maintaining a safe, hazard‑free work environment.

Experienced welder fabricators may take on more complex fabrication assemblies, support field installation sequencing, mentor other craft team members, and contribute to continuous improvement in fabrication and field execution.

Your Background


  • Previous experience as a welder fabricator on commercial or industrial construction projects.

  • Strong skillset in welding (MIG/TIG/Stick as applicable), metal fabrication, layout, and installation.

  • Experience supporting both structural components and decorative architectural elements (stairs, railings, canopies, accents, etc.).

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, measurements, and specifications.

  • Willingness and ability to travel to regional job sites as needed to support installation work.

  • Strong attention to detail, workmanship, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.

  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding field and fabrication environment.
