Welder Class A – Stainless Steel (TIG & MIG)
Full-Time | Day Shift | Competitive Pay
Location: EnSight Solutions
Schedule: Tuesday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $24–$26 per hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do
As a Class A Welder, you will be responsible for producing high-quality welds and fabricated assemblies while maintaining safety and efficiency on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform high-quality TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel
• Fabricate and assemble projects (approximately 60% of the role)
• Read and interpret blueprints and part lists
• Brace, straighten, and prepare projects prior to welding
• Grind, clean, and finish welded parts
• Inspect materials and completed welds for quality and accuracy
• Maintain welding tools and shop equipment
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe workstation

Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of MIG and TIG welding experience
• Experience welding stainless steel
• Ability to read blueprints and measure accurately
• Comfortable using shop tools safely and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Preferred (Not Required):
• High School Diploma or GED
• Technical school training or equivalent hands-on experience
• Basic understanding of fabricated equipment functionality
• Familiarity with hydraulics and pneumatics (when applicable)

Growth & Advancement
This position is ideal for welders who want to grow their skills and advance within the department.
• Training and progression are based on performance and skill level
• Advancement requires passing a skills test
• Employees must remain in their current class for a minimum of 90 days before promotion consideration

Physical & Work Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand, walk, squat, reach, and work on feet for extended periods
• Use hands for handling, welding, and fabrication tasks
• Must wear required PPE, including safety glasses and steel-toe boots
• Strong vision abilities, including depth perception and color vision

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Work professionally with teammates, supervisors, and customers
• Maintain a respectful and team-oriented attitude
