Preferred Qualifications
Experience with basic welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, or stick welding) in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, or welding specifications
Familiarity with inspecting welds for quality, including identifying defects such as gaps, porosity, or incomplete fusion
Experience using hand tools and basic fabrication equipment (e.g., grinders, cutters, measuring tools)
Strong attention to detail to ensure weld accuracy, proper labeling, and adherence to quality standards
Commitment to safety practices, including proper use of PPE and adherence to shop safety procedures
Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, standing for extended periods, and working with metal materials
