主要工作职责:
1，负责焊接操作，包含将部件放入夹具，定位焊（手工），机器人自动焊，调整或维修
2，按照工作指导书和图纸编程修改程序
3，协助并参与其他工序工作，如定位焊，手工焊和打磨
4，按照设备操作指导书调整和操作生产工具与设备
5，正确使用手产夹具
6，正确填写生产记录
7，准时完成生产任务
8，及时准确的向主管汇报生产中发生的异常问题与质量问题
9，提供生产改进建议，提高生产效率与产品质量
10，遵守公司的EHS（环境，健康与安全）文件规定，保证安全生产
11，完成主管安排的其他工作
任职条件：
1，高中以上学历，中专技校焊接专业。
2，熟练操作手工焊条电焊或手工氩弧焊。
3，具备5-10mm或者更厚的碳钢、不锈钢板材板对板或者板对管 焊缝焊接经验。
4，可根据图纸进行组装和焊接的能力。
5，曾有压力容器行业的经验或持有压力容器焊工资格证会优先考虑。
6，具备4-8mm壁厚或者更厚的管道焊接经验会优先考虑。
7，可满足焊缝验收质量要求 — 例如，能够识别焊缝外观缺陷有哪些（咬边、气孔、飞溅、弧坑、未熔合等），焊缝圆滑过渡，焊缝余高和角焊缝高度验收要求等。
