Salary Range: $21.90 - $29.05 Hourly

JOB RESPONSABILITIES:
- Follow all PPE and safety rules and regulations as set by Watson including affected lock out tag out procedures
- Use common hand and power tools for manufacturing activities including but not limited to cutting, grinding, drilling, cleaning, measuring, inspecting, assembling, etc
- Meet or exceed productivity expectations as assigned by production leadership
- Examine products to verify compliance to quality standards
- Communicate with other employees and management to avoid any mistakes and/or to address recommendations for improvement
- Follow safety requirements and maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Performs MIG* welding and functional / cosmetic grinding of steel assemblies
- Inspects parts to production prints and set-up
- Assist in jig and fixture set-up
- Performs operator level maintenance of welding torch and machine
- All other responsibilities within reason as assigned by production leadership
*Completion of Watson proficiency in TIG assessment grants eligibility for wage premium.
JOB KNOWLEDGE:
- Welding experience preferred
- How to work in a required sequence to ensure alignment of the production schedule
- How to use basic power and hand tools
- Ability to interpret moderate to advanced 3 dimensional images and drawings
- A willingness to learn the Watson Production System
- All other procedures and policies as assigned by production leadership
