We are seeking two (2) experienced Welders to join our team under the direction of the Maintenance Manager. This role is responsible for performing welding and fabrication tasks on tanks, pressure vessels, buildings, and piping systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in welding processes and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform SMAW and GTAW welding processes on stainless and carbon steel.
• Produce high-quality welds that meet NDE (non-destructive examination) requirements.
• Weld on tanks, pressure vessels, structures, and piping systems per blueprints and metallurgy specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and P&IDs to complete work accurately.
• Perform layout and preparation of materials for welding and fabrication.
• Troubleshoot and repair leaks on tanks, pumps, and process equipment.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with industry standards.
• Willing to assist with additional maintenance tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a welder, preferably in an industrial or chemical plant setting.
• Proficiency in SMAW and GTAW welding processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and P&IDs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within precise tolerances.
• Basic mathematical skills for measurement and layout.
• Ability to work independently and follow established guidelines.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.
