Aureol Global Connections is looking to hire 2 talented Welders to join our skilled team. In this role, you will be tasked with performing various welding tasks on metal components, ensuring that all assemblies are completed with precision and meet quality standards. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate welding equipment to join metal parts according to project specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
• Conduct inspections of welds to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Work collaboratively with other trades and team members to effectively manage workflow.
• Troubleshoot welding issues as they arise and make necessary adjustments during the process.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety regulations and protocols.
• Document welding activities and report on materials used and raw inputs.
• Stay current on welding techniques and participate in training sessions as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant welding certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Welder or in a similar role within a manufacturing or construction environment.
• Understanding of various welding techniques and processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality welds.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of the role; capable of working in various positions.
• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.
• Willingness to adapt to changing project needs and work environments.
