At Doncasters we have an exciting opportunity for a Weld Blender to join our team in Groton, Connecticut!
Hours – 40 hours a week, Monday-Thursday 4:30pm-3:00am Salary – The trainee hourly rate is $18.92

What we can offer you:
The Role
As a Weld Blender, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of castings by working closely with the Weld, X-ray, and FPI departments. With a keen eye for detail and precision, you'll expertly remove defects identified during NDT operations and seamlessly blend welds while preserving critical wall thicknesses and features. Your craftsmanship will directly contribute to the integrity and performance of each component, making you an essential part of the production process.
