About The Role & Key Responsibilities:

As the leader of our Concierge and Porter team, you will oversee the arrival and departure experience, ensuring every interaction is warm, personalised and memorable. From recognising VIP and returning guests to supporting our Executive Lounge and driving service excellence, you will play a key role in delivering the high standards our guests expect.

• Leading, coaching and developing the Concierge and Porter team to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Creating memorable arrival and departure experiences through personalised guest interactions.
• Recognising and engaging with VIP, loyalty and returning guests to enhance their stay.
• Managing Concierge operations, including luggage services, transportation coordination and driveway operations.
• Supporting the Executive Lounge and maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Responding promptly to guest requests and enquiries while resolving issues with professionalism.
• Developing and maintaining departmental procedures, checklists and service standards.
• Working closely with Front Office and other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in Concierge, Front Office, Guest Relations or a similar guest facing hospitality role.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a hotel environment is highly regarded.
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong knowledge of concierge services, local attractions and luxury hospitality standards.
• A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
