Salary Range: $17.00 - $17.00 Hourly

The Member Concierge team plays a key role in creating a warm, inclusive environment for members and guests by providing exceptional service as the first point of contact at the YMCA. You'll be responsible for supporting the welcome center with friendly, professional, and solution-oriented service—both in person and over the phone—while helping individuals connect with our programs, services, and community.
In this role, your day may include:
- Managing check-in operations at our outdoor pool desk
- Monitoring the pool deck to engage with members and assist with waitlist management
- Handling member concerns with discretion and care
- Supporting risk management and cleanliness standards
- Building relationships that foster a deeper sense of connection and belonging at the Y

Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Shifts Available:
- - Tuesdays and Thursdays: 4:45am-10:00am
- - Saturdays: 5:45am-10:00am
- - Sundays: 8:00am-12:00pm
