At Larimer County Department of Human Services, we strive to be responsive and provide timely resources in partnership with our community so individuals and families are healthy, supported, and safe. We are seeking a highly motivated, innovative, and enthusiastic staff member to join our Operations and Organizational Development Division as our Welcome Center Administrative Supervisor.
The Welcome Center Administrative Supervisor leads, mentors, and empowers a team of Administrative Specialists across our Human Services Welcome Centers in Fort Collins and Loveland. The Welcome Center primarily assists clients with public assistance programs (including SNAP, TANF, and Medicaid), answers client inquiries, and connects individuals to community resources. This position is expected to set the standard for exceptional, compassionate customer service to ensure every community member feels supported. The Administrative Supervisor will oversee daily workflows and operational functions to drive efficiency and consistency across both Welcome Center locations.
Monday-Friday 8-4:30 pm. This is a full-time, in-office position at both the Fort Collins and Loveland Human Services locations. Typically, you will be at one location three days per week and the other two days per week. However, you may also need to go to both locations during the workday.
