Job Description

Purpose of Role

Monitor the front driveway to ensure a smooth flow of traffic (vehicle and pedestrian).

Responsible for providing an inviting and fun welcome and farewell to all guests entering/leaving the hotel.

Assist both arriving and departing guests with luggage storage handling to and from their rooms.

Increasing ability and willing to take Airport daily operation training to preferment as senior Welcome Ambassador.

Provide Whatever/Whenever service to guests to ensure that they have a memorable experience with us.

Cast Key Responsibilities

1.Welcome and Farewell to guests in a warm and enthusiastic manner.

2.Seek out and take advantage of opportunities to WOW guests.

3.Recognize visiting regular guests and WIPs.

4.Help with request and organise of taxis or Hotel Transportation for guests.

5.Escort guests to various places around the hotel. Introduce self in the meantime and offer Ws Whatever/Whenever service.

6.Follow all company policies and procedures and is in accordance with local law.
