About You:

What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role:

• Drive the development and growth of our wealth proposition across mutual fund products, stock trading, and digital wealth advisory solutions
• Drive key business KPIs, including AUM growth, customer investment penetration, and product adoption.
• Conduct market intelligence and competitive research to identify market opportunities and shape product and growth strategies
• Own end-to-end product management for wealth products, including fund house onboarding, product due diligence, and ongoing product governance
• Develop and execute customer engagement strategies through digital communications, seminars, campaigns, and other marketing initiatives
• Build data-driven and customer-centric wealth solutions through product innovation and new technology applications, including AI-enabled tools and robo-advisory capabilities
• Partner closely with Technology, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Marketing to build the infrastructure needed to scale the wealth business effectively
  

What is required and what we’re looking for:

• University degree or above
• At least 8 years of working experience in wealth management, asset management or banking industry
• Strong knowledge of investments, asset allocation and fund manager research
• Good understanding of Hong Kong’s wealth and investment regulatory framework
• Solid knowledge of digital retail banking products and operations
• Familiarity with mutual fund products, stock trading, and digital wealth advisory solutions
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational and interpersonal ability
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality work
  
• Investment Consultants with solid mutual fund knowledge will also be considered.
