Job Specification:

• To assist Senior Executive Logistics on weighbridge operation, capture weight in/ weight out lorries and issue weighbridge ticket to driver.
• To assist in ensuring effective and smooth movement of lorries/ tankers as per daily planning and company target.
• To ensure all transactions, Good Received (GR), Good Issue (GI) and transfer load have been captured in Simeweigh (SW) and interface to SAP and SPOT system.
• To update proof of delivery (POD) in Simeweigh (SW) and prepare Invoice in SPOT for local sales, email & courier it to customers.
• To maintain and update daily figures, dispatch summary, receiving summary and invoicing.
• To assist in ensuring all records, weighbridge ticket, delivery order, buyer weight ticket, and invoices are compiled and properly filing.
• To comply with all company’s regulations, policies, and procedures, GMP+ FSA, RSPO SCCS, MSPO SCCS and HSE.
• To maintain good housekeeping and 5S practices in logistics office and logistics area.
• To undertake any other functions as and when required by the management.

Job Requirement:

• SPM with at least B in Mathematics, Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Familiar in using computer.
