Job Description

Permanent Part-Time - 64 hours per fortnight

Friday to Monday | Maryborough Campus

Maryborough District Health Service (MDHS) is seeking a Weekend Supervisor to provide hands-on leadership and coordination across Support Services from Friday to Monday.

Working closely with the Support Services Manager, you’ll be a key point of support and escalation for weekend operations, coordinating staffing, workloads and day-to-day service requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supervise and support Support Services staff
  • Coordinate staffing, rostering and daily workloads
  • Respond to unplanned leave and changing service priorities
  • Act as an escalation point for weekend operational matters
  • Monitor service standards and support safe, effective service delivery
  • Maintain effective communication and handover with the Support Services Manager
