As a Rapid Response Support Worker, you’ll step in where you’re needed most – providing essential care and support to people in their own homes. This is a varied and fast-paced role that will see you working across different situations and care needs.

You will provide safe, respectful, and person‑centred support in people’s homes, being mindful of what matters to them, including their culture, values, beliefs, routines, and boundaries.

We provide practical and online training during the first few weeks of employment. With the added bonus of year-round training with regular refreshers and new modules to keep skills up to date. You’ll be supported through structured induction, ongoing training, refreshers, and clear development pathways.

Some client needs require Support Workers who hold a Level 3 or Level 4 Health and Wellbeing qualification to ensure safe and appropriate care. We support equitable recruitment by recognising transferable experience and, where appropriate, providing training pathways to build and maintain Level 3–4 capability.
