The Pool Attendant is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming pool environment for all guests and residents. This role includes monitoring pool activities, enforcing pool rules, assisting guests, and ensuring the pool area and equipment are properly maintained.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide assistance, directions, and information to pool users in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Supervise swimmers and monitor pool activities to ensure guest safety.

  • Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and orderly environment.

  • Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies, accidents, or incidents.

  • Inspect and clean the pool area regularly, including the pool deck, changing rooms, and surrounding spaces.

  • Monitor pool water quality and report any concerns.

  • Operate and monitor pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and chemical dispensers.

  • Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.

  • Set up and take down pool-related equipment such as chairs, umbrellas, or safety equipment as needed.

  • Address guest questions, concerns, or complaints professionally and efficiently.

  • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and pool users.

  • Document and report incidents, safety issues, or concerns to management or appropriate authorities.

Pay rate: Up to $17 DOE

Part-Time Sat & Sun 9am-5pm
