At Trove Home Care, we are actively building a reliable Weekend Care Team! We are seeking caregivers who want consistent hours, meaningful work, and a supportive environment PLUS we are now offering a Weekend Bonus Incentive for caregivers who demonstrate consistency and commitment.

• $20–$25/hr based on experience
• Flexible weekend or every-other-weekend scheduling
• $100 weekend bonus when you complete 50 weekend hours
• Immediate openings available

Weekends are a critical time for our clients, and we make sure our caregivers are supported while providing care.

• 24/7 supportive care team available
• Local cases in Charlottesville, VA and surrounding areas
• Ideal for caregivers with weekday commitments or seeking supplemental income

What You’ll Do

Caregivers provide non-medical support in clients’ homes, including:

• Transportation to appointments or errands
• Medication reminders
• Meal preparation and cooking
• Light housekeeping

For CNAs and trained PCAs, additional personal care may include:

• Bathing, dressing, grooming
• Toileting and incontinence care
• Mobility assistance and transfers
• Feeding support

What We’re Looking For

• CNA, PCA, or HHA certification preferred
• 6+ months caregiving experience (professional or personal)
• Strong communication with clients and care team
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance
• Ability to follow care plans and document accurately
• Must pass criminal, motor vehicle and reference checks
