About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a clinically experienced LVN or RN to step into a high-impact operational role at the agency level. • Triage and respond to clinical escalation calls from field staff, patients, and Kaiser throughout the weekend
  • Apply clinical judgment to de-escalate, redirect, or elevate issues as appropriate
  • Maintain clear documentation of all escalations, actions taken, and outcomes
