Baylor Weekend
Friday, Saturday & Sunday
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents.
Assess resident needs and monitor changes in condition.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Develop and update individualized care plans.
Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to provide exceptional resident care.
Current Louisiana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
Ability to lead and support nursing staff.
Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
