The Baseball Coordinator serves as the on-site leader for all game day operations, ensuring fields are set, games run smoothly, and players, coaches, and families have a positive experience. This is a highly interactive role that requires energy, engagement, and a willingness to step in and support on the field as needed.

QualificationsMust be 21+Prior baseball experience required, including working with youth athletesCoaching or leadership experience preferredStrong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with players, coaches, and parentsEnergetic, outgoing, and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feetDependable, punctual, and committed to youth sportsAvailable to work evenings and weekendsPhysically capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and performing field setup and breakdown

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
