• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Conduct sales presentations to potential clients.
• Identify prospective clients and develop strategies to target them.
• Collaborate with our internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and news in the hospitality industry.
• Attend industry events to network and promote our services.

Requirements

• Indonesian Citizen only
• Fluent in Mandarin, with certified language test (minimum HSK 3)
• Minimum 2 years experience in the same position or related fields in the hospitality industry; especially in handling Chinese wedding, event and catering
• Proven track of achieving targets, has strong organizational and time management skills
• A team player with leadership skills with customer-service orientation
• Exceptional communication, negotiation ability, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English communication in both written and spoken
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields
