Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Wedding Experience Manager to lead our events team at AYANA BALI. As the Experience Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of wedding events, ensuring that all experiences meet our high standards of excellence and create memorable moments for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of Wedding events from inception to execution.
  • Develop and implement innovative event concepts that align with the brand's vision and values.
  • Proactively target potential Wedding opportunities in various markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless event experience.
  • Conduct site inspections and presentations to showcase event spaces and services offered at AYANA BALI.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue and maximize occupancy during events.

In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering consistently high levels of service while managing operational processes and budgets efficiently.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event management within the luxury hospitality sector.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Experience with contract negotiation and budget management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
