The Website Support Coordinator provides administrative and hands-on support for websites across Webflow and WordPress. Working within the marketing and website team under the direction of the Marketing & Website Manager, this role ensures websites remain up-to-date, accurate, and consistent with brand standards. Responsibilities include updating content, publishing blogs, adding team member profiles and testimonials, adjusting images and copy, performing basic website checks, communicating with clients regarding website requests, and assisting with the build of new websites by making updates in Webflow and lodging tickets to developers.

Key Responsibilities
Content & CMS Support
Upload and publish blogs, team member profiles, testimonials, and other CMS content
Update page copy, images, and basic layouts according to brand guidelines
Archive or remove outdated content as needed
Implement basic SEO tasks, including adding meta titles and meta descriptions
Website Support & Assistance
Perform basic checks to ensure content displays correctly and links/forms function
Report obvious errors or broken content to the Marketing & Website Manager
Assist with formatting, image resizing, and general website housekeeping
Assist in QA of developers' work by checking updates for accuracy, formatting, and consistency before finalisation
New Website Build Assistance
Gather content, images, and assets for new website builds
Make updates in Webflow as directed by the Marketing & Website Manager
Lodge tickets to developers for technical or advanced work
Submit work for review and make adjustments based on feedback
Client & Team Support
Communicate with clients regarding website updates, content requests, or basic website issues
Support the marketing team by coordinating website requests and gathering required materials
Follow established processes and timelines to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
Ensure all updates are accurate, consistent, and formatted correctly
