Job Description

Create, build and manage high-quality website experiences across the region and, for US (CoE), lead the creation and management of global templates, workflows, and processes to ensure consistency, scalability, and performance.

Key objectives include:

• Review briefs and provided content to build and publish user-friendly web pages using approved templates, ensuring clarity, structure, and performance

• Analyse and execute website requests, managing deployment timelines and coordinating across teams to deliver on time and to spec

• Apply SEO, metadata, tagging, UX best practices, and personalisation to improve reach, engagement, and conversion

• Work with stakeholders across Brand and Marketing (content) and Group Comms (platform) to align content structure, timing, and publishing plans

• Use dashboards and A/B testing tools to monitor website performance and recommend optimisation actions

• Use data and insights, UX principles, automation, and AI tools to improve website management and enhance customer engagement across journeys

• Understand customer segmentation on the website to align page structure, content, and targeting with campaign goals

• Ensure content complies with publishing standards, brand guidelines, accessibility, and legal/compliance requirements

• Maintain documentation and contribute to team knowledge sharing on CMS capabilities, publishing workflows, and issue resolution

• (CoE) Develop and maintain global templates, components, and publishing standards for layout, navigation, and accessibility

• (CoE) Support website managers in other hubs on complex builds and CMS capabilities, and lead knowledge sharing and onboarding

• (CoE) Align with Group Comms, GDTO, and Marketing Strategy on shared workflows and platform roadmap decisions

Main Tasks

• Understand customer segmentation on the website to align page structure, content, and targeting with campaign goals

• Use data and insights, UX principles, automation, and AI tools to improve website management and enhance customer engagement across journeys

• Monitor website performance and recommend improvements based on data and behavioural insights

• Work with stakeholders across Brand and Marketing (content) and Group Comms (platform) to align content structure, timing, and publishing plans

• Ensure content complies with publishing standards, brand guidelines, accessibility, and legal/compliance requirements

• Maintain documentation and contribute to team knowledge sharing on CMS capabilities, publishing workflows, and issue resolution

• (CoE) Create and document global templates, reusable components, publishing standards, and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across markets

• (CoE) Provide day-to-day guidance to regional website managers on CMS usage, complex builds, and template application, support onboarding and training

• (CoE) Work with Marketing, Group Comms, and IT to develop website platform capabilities and optimise publishing workflows

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in website content production, publishing workflows, and CMS usage in a B2B environment

• Strong hands-on experience building campaign, product, and event pages using reusable templates and structured components

• Proven ability to manage website requests and timelines, working across teams to deliver high-quality web content on schedule

• Solid understanding of user experience, web design principles, and mobile-first best practices

• Skilled in applying SEO, metadata, tagging, and personalisation strategies to enhance visibility and engagement

• Experience using data and UX insights to improve website performance. Familiarity with behavioural science and AI in website optimisation is a plus

• Comfortable reviewing briefs and translating content into structured, user-friendly web layouts

• Strong attention to detail, quality control, and adherence to publishing, branding, and accessibility standards

• Clear communicator and effective collaborator, working with Marketing, Group Comms, and IT to align on planning and publishing

• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment

• Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and capabilities related to digital experience and publishing

• (CoE only) Experience creating and maintaining global templates, publishing standards, and documentation for CMS platforms

• (CoE only) Comfortable guiding and supporting other regional website managers on CMS enablement, onboarding, and issue resolution
