Abano Healthcare is Australasia's largest dental support organization (DSO), dedicated to providing exceptional dental care to patients across Australia and New Zealand. We are a team of passionate professionals committed to supporting our network of over 250 dental practices and 700+ clinicians, empowering them to deliver the highest quality oral healthcare services.

At Abano Healthcare, we're looking for an experienced Website & Digital Experience Manager to lead the strategy, performance and optimisation of our websites across Maven Dental, 1300SMILES, Lumino and our network of practice websites.

This role is responsible for ensuring our websites deliver an exceptional user experience while supporting patient acquisition, increasing treatment bookings and driving commercial growth. You'll oversee website strategy, CMS management, optimisation initiatives and major website enhancement and migration projects, working closely with internal teams and external development partners.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and manage the website roadmap across multiple brands and practice websites.
• Lead website enhancements, platform improvements and CMS governance.
• Manage website migrations and ensure seamless delivery across approved platforms.
• Drive website optimisation through UX improvements, conversion rate optimisation and testing.
• Coordinate website releases, updates and development projects with external partners.
• Work closely with SEO, Performance Marketing, Analytics and Marketing Operations teams to improve digital performance.
• Monitor website performance and provide insights and recommendations based on data and user behaviour.

Qualifications

Knowledge & Experience

• Strong experience managing websites, CMS platforms or digital experience environments, ideally across multi-brand, multi-location or franchise-style businesses.
• Experience owning website roadmaps, prioritising enhancements and translating business requirements into website initiatives and delivery plans.
• Experience managing website releases, landing pages, content updates, migrations, platform improvements and development workflows.
• Strong understanding of website UX, customer journeys, conversion optimisation and digital experience best practice.
• Experience working with web development agencies and technical partners, including briefing requirements, reviewing estimates and managing delivery outcomes.
• General technical website knowledge, including CMS platforms, page templates, components, forms, redirects, tracking, tagging, QA and basic HTML/CSS principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and customer insights to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Strong attention to detail across mobile UX, forms, booking journeys, tracking, accessibility, compliance and website governance.

Qualifications, Certificates and Licenses

• CMS, Umbraco or other web platform certifications beneficial.
• Google Analytics (GA4) certification preferred.
• UX, CRO, accessibility, digital experience, website optimisation or digital project management training beneficial.
• HTML/CSS, tag management, website QA or technical website training beneficial.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Digital Marketing, Web, UX, Technology, Business or a related discipline beneficial.
