Aptive is seeking a Website Developer to design, develop, test, and maintains accessible, responsive, and user-centered web solutions supporting client communications and outreach objectives.
Responsibilities include webpage development within Drupal and/or related content management systems, implementing HTML/CSS and front-end functionality, supporting user experience improvements, optimizing digital content for accessibility and SEO, troubleshooting technical issues, and integrating multimedia and digital assets into client web environments. The Website Developer collaborates with writers, designers, publishers, and technical stakeholders to ensure web products are visually compelling, technically sound, and compliant with federal standards.
Aptive partners with federal agencies to achieve their missions through improved performance, streamlined operations and enhanced service delivery. Based in Alexandria, Virginia, we support more than a dozen agencies including Veterans Affairs, Transportation, Defense, Homeland Security and the National Science Foundation.
