As a webMethods Developer, you will play a key role in shaping and supporting enterprise integration solutions that connect applications, data, and business processes. This role is suited to someone who enjoys working across technical teams, solving complex integration challenges, and contributing to reliable, secure, and scalable middleware environments that support important business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise integration solutions using Software AG webMethods.
• Develop and support APIs, web services, and middleware integrations.
• Build integration flows using Integration Server and Designer.
• Develop REST and SOAP services for internal and external applications.
• Configure and manage adapters for databases, JMS, SAP, FTP/SFTP, and messaging systems.
• Troubleshoot production integration issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Optimize integration performance and ensure high availability.
• Participate in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production deployments.
• Collaborate with application development, infrastructure, database, and business teams.
• Prepare technical documentation and integration specifications.
• Ensure integration solutions comply with security standards and banking policies.
• Participate in production support, incident resolution, and on-call activities when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience with Software AG webMethods, including developing enterprise integration solutions and integrating multiple enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with webMethods Integration Server, webMethods Designer, webMethods API Gateway, and webMethods Universal Messaging.
• Strong Java experience.
• Experience working with security and compliance requirements in enterprise integrations, including secure REST and SOAP API integrations, authentication and authorization mechanisms, secure coding practices, audit-sensitive environments, internal IT security policies, and secure data transmission using HTTPS and SSL/TLS.
• Proven ability to collaborate with application development, infrastructure, database, middleware, and QA teams to design, validate, deploy, and troubleshoot integrations.
• Software AG webMethods certification is a plus.
