Support customers via live Webchat, answer their questions, and help them confidently choose the right HCF product
As the Webchat Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential members, guiding them through their journey to join HCF. Using the GAIN sales methodology, you'll handle enquiries, recommend products, and educate prospects on the benefits of HCF services. Your clear and jargon-free communication will ensure a seamless experience for our customers. You'll also manage objections, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to our high web chat quality standards. Additionally, you'll make outbound calls to various lead types, including warm leads, student dependants, ex-members, and more, all while following HCF's policies and procedures.
About You
We're looking for someone with a strong commitment to outstanding customer service and a desire to work within a team to achieve performance objectives. You should have a positive attitude, be adaptable to change, and thrive under pressure. Excellent telephone and written communication skills are essential, along with intermediate computer skills in MS Office and Outlook.

Previous call centre experience ( ideally within Webchat )
Experience in Private Health Insurance or other insurance industries

Familiarity with structured sales methodologies via digital channels
Experience using a CRM system
