Your Role:Driving excellence through technicalexpertiseand innovation
The Project Manager is the cornerstone of our construction projects, ensuring that every aspect is meticulously planned and executed. You will take ownership of the project P&L andbe responsible forthe successful completion of highway and bridge construction projects. Your role involvesmaintaininga "Safety First" attitude, managing personnel, and fostering positive communication with clientrepresentative You will be in the field regularly, overseeing daily activities and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
What You Will Do:
Ensure a "Safety First" attitude andmaintainpositive communication withclients.
Supervise, manage, and directpersonnelselection, training, development, and work assignments.
Plan and execute projects according to specifications, budgets, and schedules, whileanticipatingand resolving conflicts.
Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and daily field activities to ensureoptimalproject progression.
Provide leadership through example, knowledge sharing, and effective communication with stakeholders.
Who You Are: A Profile of Success
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, ora similar field.
Minimum of three years managing construction projects over $50M.
Proficient in Primavera 6 CPM, MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
