Megatel Homes is expanding into the Web3 space, and we’re looking for a Web3 Graphic Designer who can bring bold ideas, sharp visuals, and a deep understanding of crypto culture to our growing digital ecosystem. Responsibilities:
- Design engaging, scroll‑stopping visuals for social platforms including X, Discord, Telegram, and Instagram
- Create marketing assets for token launches, product features, announcements, and multi-channel campaigns
- Develop brand-consistent graphics for landing pages, digital ads, and email campaigns
- Translate complex Web3 concepts into simple, visually appealing content that resonates with both newcomers and crypto‑native audiences
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and community teams to bring campaigns to life
- Contribute to evolving brand guidelines, visual identity, and storytelling across all touchpoints
- Support rapid experimentation with creative concepts, trends, and formats
Qualifications
- A strong portfolio showcasing modern, high-end design work (Web3/crypto experience is a major plus)
- Solid understanding of Web3 fundamentals: tokens, wallets, DeFi, NFTs, on-chain culture, etc.
- Experience designing for social-first and mobile-first environments
- Ability to work quickly, iterate fast, and adapt to emerging trends
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; motion design tools are a plus
- Strong sense of typography, layout, color, and branding
- Experience with motion graphics or short-form video content
- Familiarity with Web3 communities, meme culture, and the fast-moving nature of crypto
- Comfortable working with fast-paced, cross-functional teams
