Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a web support specialist to join our Web team. Our team works in an agile environment, closely collaborating with back-end developers, front end developers and editors.

The team supports and develops approximately 160 websites focused on Hearing Aids and Hearing Care. These are built on a headless architecture using Sitecore DXP hosted in Microsoft Azure, with a Next.js frontend hosted on Vercel.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Perform monthly server patching to maintain stable and secure web environments
  • Handle incoming support tickets and provide first-line troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues
  • Execute website releases
  • Manage Sitecore user access, roles, and permissions
  • Install SSL certificates on web servers and Azure Application Gateway
  • Perform Sitecore editor tasks related to content updates and publishing
  • Monitor logs and system reporting tools (including Application Gateway and WAF) to proactively identify and mitigate issues
  • Respond to site down alerts and support timely restoration of services

Competencies:

To Qualify for the Role:

  • Experience with supporting web solutions - technical as well as operational
  • Structured and detail-oriented mindset regarding solving issues
  • Strong communication skills, both technical and business oriented
  • Basic understanding of web technologies, servers, and hosting environments
  • Proactive mindset with attention to detail in daily operations
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (ideally Sitecore)

Nice to have, but not required:

  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar support systems
  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure and Application Insights
  • Experience working with monitoring tools and log analysis
  • Experience with Vercel
  • Familiarity with DevOps‑related workflows
