Job Title: Senior Web Operations Engineer

Experience: 7+ Years

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Working hours: 12.00 PM to 9.00 PM IST

Summary

Experienced Web Operations Engineer responsible for the administration, security, availability, and performance of enterprise web platforms and supporting infrastructure. Leads web server management, platform deployments, release coordination, and operational support across development, infrastructure, and security teams. Drives automation, process improvement, platform governance, and operational excellence while ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards. Provides technical leadership, troubleshooting, and support for highly available production and non-production environments.

Platform Operations & Support

  • Manage enterprise web platforms, ensuring availability, security, performance, and reliability.
  • Administer, maintain, patch, and upgrade web servers and supporting infrastructure.
  • Support development, testing, and production environments.
  • Monitor platform health and proactively resolve operational issues.
  • Maintain system configurations, operational procedures, and technical documentation.

Release & Change Management

  • Coordinate application deployments, infrastructure changes, and software releases.
  • Support scheduled production releases and maintenance activities.
  • Review implementation plans, rollback procedures, and release readiness.
  • Ensure successful deployments with minimal business impact.

Security & Compliance

  • Manage web platform security controls and certificate lifecycle management.
  • Coordinate vulnerability remediation and security patching.
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Performance & Reliability

  • Monitor application and infrastructure performance.
  • Investigate and resolve performance bottlenecks and availability issues.
  • Conduct capacity planning and recommend scalability improvements.
  • Support HA/DR planning, testing, and operational readiness.

Leadership & Continuous Improvement

  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Web Operations team members.
  • Collaborate with application, infrastructure, security, and business teams.
  • Drive automation, standardization, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Support platform modernization and technology roadmap efforts.
