Job Description

Dentsu Creative operates in over 21 markets worldwide with more than 2,200 dedicated specialists. Bringing together our Japanese heritage in craft, data and technology, and our deep understanding of media and contemporary culture, Dentsu Creative is a new global creative agency. Born in Japan, raised in a digital world. We help transform brands and business through the power of Modern Creativity: which creates culture, changes society and invents the future and is accelerated by our deep specialist expertise in digital experience, earned attention and entertainment.

As Web Producer you’ll work on site with a major global technology account. You’ll use the client’s content management system to update and publish content across one of the world’s most visited websites, working closely with regional and global teams to ensure updates are delivered accurately and on time. You’ll need to be confident asking questions, resolving unclear requirements, managing competing priorities and taking responsibility for the quality of the website. This role would suit someone who understands websites and digital experience, has strong attention to detail and takes genuine pride in the sites they manage.

This is a one-year fixed term contract, working on a hybrid model in our client’s office in Sydney.

Core responsibilities:

  • Manage web content production by updating and publishing product across the site.

  • Maintain content quality, consistency and brand standards by ensuring web content is accurate, current, visually consistent, user-friendly and aligned with global, regional and brand guidelines.

  • Own delivery, prioritisation and issue resolution from managing workloads to communicating publishing issues across devices and browsers.

  • Drive improvement and operational efficiency; challenge requirements where necessary to protect quality and usability, leverage automation and AI tools to improve workflows and efficiency.

A bit about you:

  • Proven experience in web production, digital content publishing or website management.

  • Able to build strong relationships with stakeholders, clarify requirements, manage expectations and consistently deliver against deadlines.

  • You demonstrate planning, prioritisation and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and quality.

  • You have an improvement mindset. You’re proactive and solutions-focused, with a willingness to challenge constructively, improve processes, support colleagues and leverage modern tools, including automation and AI, to enhance efficiency and quality.

  • On the tools, you have exposure to some of the following; Adobe Experience Manager, web tech such as HTML, CSS, XML or JavaScript, A/B testing platforms, Generative AI and AI-assisted productivity tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Codex)
