Visa is seeking an experienced Web Operations & Production Analyst to join the Value-Added Services (VAS) Marketing organization. This individual will play a critical role in supporting, scaling, and optimizing the digital experiences that power VAS marketing, product storytelling, thought leadership, customer engagement, and demand generation initiatives across a growing portfolio of web properties. The ideal candidate is a highly organized problem solver who thrives at the intersection of website production and operations, project management, and stakeholder coordination. They are a team player who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, proactively removing executional roadblocks, and ensuring digital initiatives are delivered accurately, efficiently, and at scale. This role sits within Visa's rapidly growing Value-Added Services business and will directly support digital experiences that contribute to the organization's long-term growth strategy.
The Web Operations & Production Analyst will support global demand marketing efforts through website production, content publishing, digital project coordination, operational excellence, workflow management, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will possess strong experience working with enterprise content management systems, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and will be comfortable authoring, publishing, updating, and maintaining web experiences across multiple sites and business priorities. They will have a deep appreciation for building repeatable processes, documenting best practices, improving operational efficiency, and helping teams execute consistently across a complex digital ecosystem. The successful candidate embraces emerging technologies and AI-enabled ways of working to streamline production workflows, improve team efficiency, accelerate content operations, and enhance overall digital execution quality.
This role requires an individual who understands both the details and the bigger picture. They recognize that every webpage, content update, workflow, and stakeholder interaction contributes to broader business outcomes. They are passionate about creating exceptional web experiences while establishing the operational foundation that enables high-performing digital teams. Success in this role will come from balancing production excellence with operational rigor, ensuring projects remain on track, stakeholders remain aligned, and digital experiences continue to meet Visa's standards for quality, governance, accessibility, and performance. This role reports to the Director of Digital for VAS.
This position is a Hybrid role to be based in our Austin, TX location. Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
For roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $98,700.00 to $ 153,200.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
