DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service with empathy and professionalism.
● Proficiency with customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Gorgias, or similar) and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
● Operate in a professional, fast-paced environment that demands accuracy, multitasking, and effective communication to resolve issues efficiently.
● Engage with customers thoroughly understand their needs and provide comprehensive solutions on the first interaction.
● Actively listen to, assess, and address customers’ concerns by offering tailored solutions through calls, email, chat and sms.
● Learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
● Engage with customers – begin a conversation, anticipate what questions a customers will have, actively share information using plain language, build rapport, and handle objections.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

● Collaborative and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
● Displays passion, integrity, commitment, and drive to deliver a positive, differentiated service that improves our clients’ purchase experiences.
● Commits to excellent attendance with proven reliability and can adhere to the agreed-upon work schedule.
● Has a dependable team-player attitude with an understanding that calls must be handled immediately.
● Can engage with customers – begin a conversation, anticipate what questions a customer will have, actively share information using plain language, build rapport, and handle objections.
● Is comfortable receiving ongoing performance feedback and coaching.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
● At least 2 years in college or equivalent
