About The Role

The Web & Graphic Designer sits at the intersection of brand, marketing and digital experience design. You will create visually engaging marketing assets while designing and maintaining high-quality marketing websites and landing pages that support business growth, customer engagement and acquisition goals.

Working closely with Marketing, Product and Development teams, you will bring the Generate brand to life across digital channels while ensuring web experiences are modern, accessible, user-friendly and optimised for performance.

You can expect your day to day to look something like this:

• Design engaging digital experiences – Create and maintain responsive websites, landing pages and campaign microsites across desktop and mobile.
• Bring the Generate brand to life – Develop high-quality creative across digital advertising, social, email, presentations, brochures and campaigns.
• Optimise the customer experience – Improve website usability, accessibility and performance, with a focus on engagement and conversion.
• Design with SEO and growth in mind – Apply SEO and CRO principles to improve discoverability, traffic and customer acquisition.
• Collaborate across the business – Partner closely with Marketing, Product and Development to turn ideas into polished, effective digital experiences.
• Evolve our digital brand – Maintain consistency while helping develop Generate's visual identity and digital design standards as we grow.

About You

We’re looking for a creative and commercially minded designer who can bring together strong web, digital and graphic design capability. You’ll be confident in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong eye for brand, UX and responsive design. You’ll be collaborative, organised and curious, with a focus on creating digital experiences that look great and drive engagement and conversion.

In addition to the above you will also have:

• 3+ years of experience in Web Design, Digital Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both website design and visual/graphic design work.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and modern web standards.
• Experience designing marketing websites and landing pages.
• Strong visual design, typography, layout and branding skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Desired

• Experience working with SEO-focused website design and content structures.
• Understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) principles.
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, Contentful, or similar.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS and front-end development workflows.
• Experience working in financial services, fintech, SaaS, or regulated industries.
