Background

Our Web platform is the Energy Division’s global digital front door shaping how customers discover, engage with, and experience our technologies. Strong organic visibility and discoverability are critical to driving meaningful customer engagement and supporting commercial growth.

In this role, you will define and lead the strategy, governance, and roadmap for the Energy Division’s web ecosystem. You will embed SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) into our Web and publishing workflows, guide marketing releases and global rollouts, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve performance.

You will own the evolution of the division’s web platforms including user experience, information architecture, technical foundations, and discoverability. By establishing clear standards in the division, collaborate with the central web team and enabling Business Units and Sales Companies with best practices, you will help deliver consistent, high-performing digital experiences worldwide.

Priority Areas & Responsibilities will role include:

1) Energy Division web ownership

  • Define and lead the global Energy Division web experience strategy
  • Drive UX, architecture updates, accessibility, performance, and standards in the Energy Division
  • Manage divisional releases with IT value streams and the wider marketing organization

2) Discoverability & growth

  • Lead SEO and AI-driven discoverability (GEO) for the Energy Division
  • Embed standards into templates, CMS workflows, and content models
  • Driving traffic growth, rankings, and visibility

3) Enablement & collaboration

  • Aligning Business Units and sales companies on Energy Division web priorities
  • Build top performing industry & product pages and launch frameworks for local implementation
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, IT, and Analytics

4) Performance & optimization

  • Own eeb performance dashboards and benchmarking
  • Identify gaps vs competitors and drive improvement initiatives
  • Improve engagement, task completion, and platform efficiency

This position is based in Lund and will report to the Energy Division Head of Marketing & Commercial Excellence

Who You Are

You are a strategic, hands-on Web experience professional with product thinking and enterprise web experience. You combine system-level strategy with practical execution and excel at aligning cross-functional teams across a global organization. You are data-driven, customer-focused, and proactive in adapting to evolving AI and search trends.

What You Bring (Qualifications & Experience)

  • Master’s/bachelor’s in marketing, Information Science, Computing or similar
  • 3+ years working with large Web ecosystems and enterprise SEO (B2B and/or B2C)
  • Technical SEO, IA/UX literacy, GA4/Adobe, tag governance
  • Documented GEO experience
  • Excellent English skills both written and spoken
  • Solid Web experience, track-record of delivering Growth in organic traffic and priority rankings; improved visibility
