The Web Development Analyst II works closely with the digital and content teams to publish, update, and maintain relevant and engaging content across RX websites and platforms. The role supports ongoing website optimization by applying consistent web build, maintenance, tracking, tagging, and SEO techniques while ensuring accuracy, functionality, and quality across all digital outputs.
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of web technologies, CMS platforms, analytics, and UI/UX fundamentals. He/she will assist in migrating sites to new CMS environments, contribute to form creation and setup, support website QA, and ensure best practices are applied across all web assets. The role also includes performing data extraction and insights generation, supporting new website builds, and serving as second-line support for new business units and tasks. A strong sense of initiative, adaptability, attention to detail, and collaboration are essential.

Other Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required, technical discipline (Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Information Technology or equivalent practical experience) preferred
Experienced in working with analytics solutions: ranging from auditing, implementations, data analysis, & insight generation
Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to work successfully in a team environment, as well as independently and exercise sound professional judgment.
More than 3 years of relevant experience
Great listener, quick thinker, and the ability to work independently and as a team
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong detail orientation with the ability to follow defined processes
Strong time management skills
Knowledgeable of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Experience with Google Analytics
Experience or familiarity with UI/UX principles, including usability best practices, accessibility, responsive design, and evaluating user flows.
Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
