Job Description

• Frontend: Angular 21 (TypeScript, standalone components, signals, deferred views); RxJS; NgRx/Redux (store, effects, selectors); Angular CLI
• UI / Design System: Bespoke Angular component library; Angular Material/CDK; Storybook; accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA)
• Monorepo & Tooling: Nx (generators, build caching, project graph, affected commands); ESLint/Prettier
• Testing: Jest / Jasmine (unit/component); Cypress (E2E); Playwright; CI coverage gates (80%+)
• Integration: RESTful API consumption (HttpClient, interceptors); lightweight GraphQL (Apollo Angular); Jenkins CI/CD; Azure DevOps
• SCF Portal Context: Buyer approval flows, supplier self-service onboarding, funder dashboards; invoice lifecycle in white-label portals
• Agile: Jira (refinement, estimation, sprint mgmt); PR code review; Git branching (GitFlow/trunk-based)
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain Angular 21 portal UIs within an Nx monorepo — buyer approval, supplier self-service, and funder dashboard modules.
• Develop standalone components leveraging signals and deferred views; implement NgRx stores for complex portal state.
• Contribute to the bespoke UI component library — new components, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), Storybook documentation.
• Consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs; implement HttpClient interceptors for auth, error handling, and retry logic.
• Write and maintain unit (Jest/Jasmine) and E2E (Cypress/Playwright) test suites targeting 80%+ coverage; integrate into Jenkins CI.
• Collaborate with BA/QA on acceptance criteria; participate in story refinement and code reviews.
• Monitor portal health via Azure Application Insights; triage frontend performance issues (bundle size, lazy loading, change detection).
Requirements
• 4–8 yrs frontend development; strong Angular (v18+) and TypeScript.
• Production NgRx or equivalent Redux-pattern state management; solid RxJS and reactive patterns.
• Hands-on Nx monorepo experience (project graph, affected commands, generator authoring).
• E2E test automation with Cypress or Playwright; unit testing with Jest or Jasmine.
• Experience building or contributing to a bespoke Angular UI component library with Storybook.
• Good to have: GraphQL (Apollo Angular); Azure (App Service, AKS, Azure DevOps); Docker basics.
• Good to have: Fintech, banking, or B2B SaaS portal background; SCF/invoicing/payments exposure.
