
Provide day-to-day support for internal web applications, mainly Sales-related systems.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues reported by users.
Monitor system performance and ensure applications are functioning properly.
Perform bug fixes, minor enhancements, and preventive maintenance activities.
Develop, test, and maintain web application components using VB.Net / ASP.NET.
Create and modify database objects such as views, stored procedures, and queries in MS SQL Server.
Support implementation of new features based on approved business requirements.
Ensure solutions are aligned with coding standards, security requirements, and best practices.
Participate in system integration, unit testing, and user acceptance testing.
Work closely with business users and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and operational processes.
Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for system improvement and automation.
Document functional requirements, process flows, and technical specifications.
Translate business requirements into technical design or development tasks.
Help ensure the application supports business efficiency and process compliance.
Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation.
Document incident resolutions, system changes, and enhancement requests.
Assist in creating user guides, training materials, and knowledge base articles.
Provide regular status updates on assigned tickets, enhancements, or projects.
Coordinate with team members, business users, database administrators, and other IT groups as needed.
Participate in team meetings, project discussions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
Continuously learn and improve technical and functional knowledge relevant to the supported applications.
Support process improvement initiatives related to application delivery, support, and user experience.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Basic knowledge of VB.Net / ASP.NET and MS SQL Server
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Understanding of software development lifecycle and debugging
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Interest in business process understanding (Sales processes preferred)
Ability to gather and translate user requirements into solutions
Detail-oriented with good documentation skills
Effective communication and teamwork
