We are home to the most iconic and beloved Christmas brands of this generation including The Elf on the Shelf, Elf Pets, and Elf Mates.The WebDesignerwillberesponsibleforexecutingandsupportingdigitalinitiatives,inwholeor in part, that enhance the digital experience of The Lumistella Company’s house of brands. This position has a focus on website design for our US-focused websites, our online store, our Scout ElfIdeasapp,andoccasionalsupportofretailandinternationalpartnershiprequests,aswellasad hocprojects.TheWebDesignerisdynamic,energeticandenthusiasticaboutallthingswebdesign and is flexible with shifting demands and managing time. They ensure adherence to brand and accessibility guidelines and produce high-quality solutions that meet both internal creative and development standards, as well as specific business goals related to each project.The WebDesignerwill:· Createthoughtful concepts and executeproduction ready assets tobeusedonthe company’s websites, apps, and games.·Ensure all designs adhere to design and accessibility best practices while keeping user experience,brandcontinuity,marketinggoals,trends,andtechnologyrequirementsin mind.·Gainsupervisor’sandCreativeDirector’sinput ondesignsto maintain acongruent look and feel, and meet quality standards, while actively engaging in the iterative revision process.·AddandupdateassetsinexistingWordPress layouts.·Adheretodeliveryschedulesthatalignwithimportantlaunchdates.·Protectcompanyassetsthroughthepropermanagementoffilesandadherence to companypolicyregardinginformationsecurityandmanagement.
