We're Hiring: Web Copywriter / Technical Writer (Dutch)

We are looking for a talented Web Copywriter / Technical Writer with native-level Dutch proficiency to create, manage, and optimize digital content. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming complex information into clear, engaging, and user-friendly content while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Write, edit, proofread, translate, and optimize a variety of digital content, including web pages, news articles, FAQs, user guides, surveys, and notifications.
- Ensure all content meets web writing, accessibility, and quality standards.
- Develop clear information architectures that support intuitive navigation and an excellent user experience.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and advise on content strategy.
- Work closely with UX specialists, webmasters, analysts, developers, and other project team members.
- Create editorial guidelines, writing standards, CMS documentation, and supporting reference materials.
- Leverage generative AI tools responsibly while reviewing and refining generated content for quality and accuracy.
- Contribute ideas to improve content processes, usability, and digital communication.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Communication or equivalent practical experience.
- Native-level proficiency in Dutch
- Strong web writing and content editing skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical information for diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- Comfortable delivering workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
Nice to Have
- Strong writing skills in English and/or German
- Experience within the public sector or social security domain.
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards and user experience best practices.
