Web Copywriter (Hybrid)

We are looking for an experienced Web Copywriter to create, manage, and optimize digital content for websites and content management systems (CMS). You will work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to transform complex information into clear, accessible, and user-friendly content while ensuring high editorial quality and compliance with web accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Write, edit, translate, and optimize digital content, including web pages, FAQs, news articles, user guides, and other communication materials.
• 
  Ensure content complies with web accessibility and SEO best practices.
• 
  Design clear information architecture and improve user experience.
• 
  Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and provide content strategy advice.
• 
  Work closely with UX designers, webmasters, developers, analysts, and other stakeholders.
• 
  Develop editorial guidelines, writing standards, CMS documentation, and communication materials.
• 
  Deliver training and workshops on web writing, content accessibility, and CMS usage.
• 
  Leverage generative AI tools responsibly to improve content creation while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Required Skills & Experience

• 
  Proven experience in web copywriting and digital content creation.
• 
  Strong knowledge of CMS platforms, SEO, and web accessibility standards.
• 
  Experience with technical writing and creating user documentation.
• 
  Proficiency with Microsoft Office and generative AI tools
• 
  Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• 
  Ability to manage multiple projects independently while collaborating within a team.
• 
  Experience in the public sector or social security domain is an advantage.
