You will be responsible for curating, creating, and managing website content related to Taste — including kitchen appliances and products designed to enhance the culinary experience.

In this role, you will manage and optimize content across the website to drive engagement, enhance user experience, and ultimately increase sales. You will collaborate closely with partners to gather feedback and requirements, coordinating efforts to bring content to life.

You will be part of a cross-functional team building a world-class website for customers and the business. Working proactively with stakeholders, you will contribute to strategy, explore development options, and guide teams toward delivering value through impactful content.

Additionally, you will measure key performance metrics to ensure content delivers value for both users and the business. This role requires an analytical, technically minded, and consumer-focused individual who thrives in data-driven environments and collaborative settings.

You will work closely with the Web Content Team to ensure delivery within the Taste space aligns with the overall content strategy. You will also ensure brand language, tone of voice, and content principles are consistently applied across all published content.

We are a team committed to delivering outstanding, scalable consumer experiences, always putting the customer at the heart of what we do.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Strategy

Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that enhances the user experience throughout the Taste journey.

2. Content Management

Oversee the end-to-end content lifecycle, including planning, publishing, and maintenance, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and consistency. Identify opportunities for new content creation.

3. Commercial Area Offers Integration

Collaborate with Taste programs to seamlessly integrate commercial content into user journeys, driving sales, conversion, awareness, and engagement.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with the CDI XO Product organization to plan and execute the commercial agenda and consumer experience development across Electrolux web assets.

5. User Experience & Metrics

6. Driving Improvement

Use GA4 and analytics tools to assess customer behavior and performance, identify improvement opportunities, and develop data-driven hypotheses. Present recommendations, follow up on performance, and scale successful initiatives.

7. Brand Messaging

Represent the website content team in cross-functional forums to ensure consistent and effective brand messaging across all touchpoints.

8. Compliance and Governance

Ensure all content complies with legal, regulatory, and brand requirements, maintaining quality and trust.
