The Web Content and Design Specialist serves as the front of house support for the organization’s digital content ecosystem, managing a high volume of daily content publishing requests and ensuring timely, accurate updates across multiple internal and external platforms, including iso ne.com, the WIRE, and the ISO to Go mobile app. This role executes content production and multimedia design—spanning graphic design, video, animation, social media assets, and front-end page layout—while maintaining strict adherence to ISO branding, accessibility standards (WCAG), and overall content quality.

How you will make an impact:
• Triage incoming requests from departments across the organization, interpret needs, and implement solutions that uphold a consistent, user focused digital experience. The role is responsible for quality
• Collaborate closely with Corporate Communications, Digital Platforms, and IT partners to identify improvements, support best practices, and enhance user experience across the ISO’s digital properties
• Contribute to the creation, refresh, and maintenance of new and existing web pages and digital assets, reinforcing the ISO’s visual identity and ensuring cohesive presentation across web, mobile, employee communications, and social channels.
What we are looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
• Experience administering internal and external website content using content management systems
• Graphic design and front-end website layout and design experience
• Experience with web accessibility standards and applying WCAG principles
• Various CMS applications including, but not limited to: Crafter and Liferay
• HTML/CSS and web page design and layout
• Graphic design knowledge, including supporting organizational branding

The expected salary range for this position is $66,000- $85,000 per year.
