What You Will Do
- Design and implement user-friendly web applications using TypeScript and React.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Maintain code quality through best practices in Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Participate in code reviews to uphold standards and share knowledge with peers.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance product development.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 2–5 years of professional experience in front-end development.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with Webpack and Git for version control.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes, particularly using Circle CI.
- Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
Preferred
- Experience in developing applications for government or defense sectors.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Exposure to performance optimization techniques in web applications.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $135K to $200K, complemented by equity in the form of RSUs. The company also offers a referral reward program, enhancing the overall compensation package.
