PSI Pax Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Web and Digital Interface Designer Advanced to join our team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Designs and develops digital user interfaces and websites, ensuring functionality, usability, and performance across browsers and devices.
  • Oversees layout, interface, and navigation menu development while providing guidance and organizing tasks for team efficiency. Utilizes web frameworks and client-side coding, ensures optimal performance, evaluates designs for accessibility, and optimizes websites for marketability and search engine ranking.
  • Focuses on enhancing human-computer interaction, creates graphics, manages content, and ensures proper functionality of links and multimedia.
  • Provides leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality, user-friendly digital solutions.
  • Leads efforts to promote the organization’s use of knowledge management and information sharing.
  • Design, build, implement, and maintain a knowledge management framework that provides end-users access to the organization’s intellectual capital.
  • Develop an understanding of the needs and requirements of information end-users.
  • Promote knowledge sharing between information owners/users through an organization’s operational processes and systems.
  • Provide recommendations on data structures and databases that ensure correct and quality production of reports/management information.

Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years’ experience in functional area above and at least four (4) of the years in a leadership position.
  • In depth understanding of business system design advanced concepts and processes and experience leading design, development, deployment, and sustainment initiatives.
  • Experience successfully delivering dynamic IT solutions in complex, unstructured situations.
  • Experience leading Agile SDLC and applying Scrum methodology is desired.
  • O365 experience is required.
  • Business Intelligence tool experience is required, including, but not limited to Data Bricks, Power BI, Qlik, Advana, Tableau, DataVerse.
  • SharePoint design, administration, and development expertise is desired.

Education:

  • Masters or PHD in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or Software Engineering. OR Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) OR Bachelor’s Degree and four (4) additional years of experience as defined below.
