The bigger picture:

We’re looking for a collaborative, relationship-builder who is passionate about the agriculture industry to come on board as our temporary Wealth Transition Specialist. In this role, you will establish and deliver farm transition advice and planning support for members. You will lead transition consultations and coordinate with experts so clients can make informed decisions.

How you’ll spend your time:

  • Lead wealth and farm transition conversations that help clients understand family, business, and financial considerations.
  • Proactively identify transition-related planning and advice needs, while making introductions to the internal teams or external professionals.
  • Coordinate and facilitate wealth and farm transition discussions within communities.
  • Support strong relationship development through consistent engagement with members in their transition journey.
  • Contribute to the learning and development of internal teams through collaboration and knowledge sharing.

  • A self-motivated individual with a strong understanding of transition/succession planning.
  • An individual who acts with professionalism and integrity.
  • A team-oriented individual who supports a relationship-based environment.
  • An effective communicator with the ability to facilitate multi-stakeholder partnerships and manage complex discussions.

The experience you bring:

  • Minimum of four years of experience in transition/succession planning, wealth planning, agriculture finance, or in a business advisory role.
  • Undergraduate degree in business, finance or business agriculture.
  • Working knowledge of farm or family enterprise business structures, financial statements, and transition-related considerations.
  • Financial planning or succession planning designations are considered an asset. These include CFP, TEP, or FEA designations.

Salary range:

$100,599 - $125,748 with 15% Short Term Incentive Target.

This exciting opportunity is temporary for up to 2 years.

Various Saskatchewan locations will be considered however not all locations may be able to accommodate this role.
