The Opportunity

Are you ready to embark on an exciting opportunity as a Wealth+ Reconciliations Officer within our Client Support Services team? We're on the lookout for a proactive, detail-oriented individual to identify and resolve reconciliation issues, working alongside our operational teams to ensure client portfolios accurately record security and cash balances.

What you will be doing

  • Reconcile listed Australian shares and Cash Management Accounts
  • Liaise with the branch network and internal teams on transaction processing and discrepancy resolution
  • Update client portfolio transaction data to ensure completeness and resolve adviser network queries
  • Provide advisers and support staff with professional, timely service for queries and requests
  • Identify reconciliation issues and work with operational teams to resolve them, ensuring client portfolios accurately record security and cash balances

What you will bring

  • Motivated and enthusiastic to drive optimal outcomes

  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to new systems and processes
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly MS Excel
  • Broad understanding of Portfolio Management principles and processes
  • Experience in the financial services sector and portfolio management functions such as transaction processing (advantageous)
